RUSH ORDERS
We are pleased to offer a Rush Order Service on stock items this guarantees your order will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days the cost of this services $75 for stock furniture and $25 for stock accents. Should you require this service simply request the rush service in the shopping cart checkout comments box
BACK ORDERS
Every effort is made to ship orders quickly and completely, but occasionally a popular item may be on back ordered which we will advise you of promptly. As soon as such item(s) are back in stock they are shipped immediately our shipping department will of course provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email the day the item is shipped
SHIPPING
All Shipping costs are clearly shown on Order Forms, Invoices etc. All Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground etc. All Orders are usually Shipped in accordance with the lead time mentioned on our web site. We will of course advise you of any Back Order Delays via email.
Custom Made to Order Items are shipped in accordance to lead times mentioned on our web site. Shipping Confirmations together with Tracking No(s) are provided in all cases
TERMS & CONDITIONS
SHIPPING DAMAGE
All orders are packed very carefully using standard approved packing methods and materials. If any damage has occurred, please report this with in 24 hours of delivery to our;

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order for a full refund this can only be done via email, please direct your written cancellation instructions to our;

CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
We specialize in many Designer * Customer Made to Order items that are specifically designed to meet clients personal requirements be it size, finish, fabric etc. Such items carry various production lead times which are displayed on our web site.
Important: When placing such orders the required specifications must be confirmed via email to our;

RETURNS
Should you wish to return any stock item we will gladly offer a full refund less a 25% restocking fee.
Return Shipping is the buyers responsibility, we must be informed of the return shipment tracking number(s)
When making a return, please adhere to the following Company Policy & Requirements:
All Returns Must Be:
1: Reported within 24 hours of delivery
2: Reported via buyers email used to order
3: Returned with in 30 days of shipping date
4: Returned in perfect condition un used
5: Returned with no damage or defects
6: Returned in the original packaging
7: Returns are shipped at the buyers expense

We are unable to except any returns not reported and returned during the above periods. Instyle Decor has the right to refuse any returns that have been used or damaged in anyway

When returning orders, please include a copy of the original order form and ensure your name and address is clearly shown on the outside of the packaging
Damaged or Defective Orders:
Should your order arrive damaged or defective in anyway, we must be advised within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide immediate evidence in the form of digital images via email showing the damage or defect. Again within 24 hours of delivery. Orders reported as damaged or defective outside this period with not be accepted as truthful
Instyle Decor will not accept any claims or exchanges outside this period with no exceptions
