Shipping Damage

InStyle Décor Quality Checks and Photographs all orders prior to shipping. Orders are Insured and Guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, as clearly detailed in your shipping confirmation email. We must be advised within 24 hours of delivery, we can not accept any claims beyond the delivery date as insurance is no longer valid. To clarify we can not accept damage or defect claims beyond the 24 hour delivery date. Reports of damage or defects days, weeks or months after delivery are not acceptedable, with no exceptions.



Shipping Damage Reporting

In the rare occasion of an order arriving damaged or defective, as per your shipping confirmation email please, confirm via email within 24 hours of delivery to: shipping@instyle-décor.com together with digital photographs clearly showing the issue. This will enable a prompt inurance cliam and replacement. Attempts to report shipping damage days, weeks or months after delivery are not acceptable with no exceptions

InStyle Decor is a Business to Business company 95% of our clients are Luxurious Worldwide Hotel, Resort, Casino & Restaurant Groups. Since 2004 we have received zero requests for returns from our Business to Business clients.

As we offer such unique and beautiful designs, we inevitably receive many inquiries from retail buyers whom we try to help where ever possible. However, as a sign of the times a small section of retail buyers have attempted to abuse our service, therefore we have terminated our Retail Returns Policy as of Jan 2018.

InStyle Decor now operates an "All Sales Final Policy" we no longer accept returns with no exceptions.

InStyle Decor High Quality Limited Production Design Images can be double clicked to full screen view offering a true detailed representation of the design and clear view of the designs color finish etc. All dimensions listed in the product information are approximate to the nearest inch or cm. In providing true and honest information supported by detailed high resolution images. We do not accept any returns based on the following claims or excuses ie:

2: Did not like the design

3: Did not like the color

4: Did not like the finish

5: Used for staging a home

6: Used for parties or events

7: Used for a photo shoot
